Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
The November DCHA meeting was called to order by President Kevin Juliuson.

Secretary's Report - approved as printed in the newsletter.

Treasurer's Report - raised $103 with silent auction at banquet. Need to contact Mikah Vosequil about arena payment.

Old Business - Need to check with WI Horsemen's News about ad prices. Will be putting half page in for December and full page for January advertising Tack Swap. Will check with Scott Fitgerald about featured speaker at 1pm at Tack Swap.

Silent auction will now be the benefit for 2010 recipient(s). There are two nominees, Judy Strehlow and Howard Tietz, both of which are cancer patients. Rose moved to split monies raised between the two - motion carried.

Banquet - not many attended, but those who did attend didn't go home hungry. Had a lot of fun with the silent auction items. Randy Woock was our Appreciation Award winner.

Old Business - Had some new members attending the meeting. Andrea Soter & family were welcomed.

Tack Swap - without the stallion service auction, we are expanding the silent auction to benefit the recipients. Rae Geb volunteered to be silent auction chairperson. Contact her about any donations at 920-344-9541.

Country Supply has discontinued the Care Code program. Bonnie will find out details.

Check with Missy Baker about advertising in the new calendar.
